Morning Schedule: Check in/Tech/course walk 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM, Driver meeting 8:40 AM, 1st car out at 9:00 AM

Welcome AX participants when then pull into skid pad area,Show them where to park, ask if they have completed the self tech form, if yes have then go to Dottie to check in...If not give them a self tech form to fill out. Instruct them to empty out car and put on assigned AX number.

Assist Dottie Kidd with check-in, Collect self tech forms, hand out stickers,check drivers licenses, assist handing out T-shirts/goodies, be available to help with Loaner helmets and other as needed tasks

Line up cars by correct color group, work in sync with Starter make sure numbers are on car, driver is helmeted and seat belted and there are NO PASSENGERS in car
Timing assistant 9;00-1015 ,break 10:30:1145 1 Person

Stationed at finish to hold up off Course sign (s) and/or help post timing sheets on AX trailer or misc. tasks as needed
Corner worker assistants 9;00-1015 ,break 10: 30:1145 (only if we don't have at least 2 Autocrossers on each Station) Requires running and good situational awareness

Work with an Autocrosser at one of 5 stations on course, pick up cones when one is hit by competitors and place cone back in chalk outline, wave red flag if dangerous situation presents itself, may call in cone/off course penalties on 2 way radio

FRIDAY AX SCHOOL volunteer duties...Could use 2 between 1215-415 pm....I might need a guest instructor from about 230-415
Welcome students as they pull into gate and show where to park and direct to school sign registration.
Assist with Driver licence check and helmet choice if they don't have one
When cars on course Watch for off course and downed cones....act as needed
all other duties to assist Steve & Dottie, as needed
